Architectural feature

lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of bottle storage bucket, lifting belt, frame, etc. the motor of the lifting mechanism is
controlled by the bottle feeding detector in the cylinder of the bottle handling machine.

bottle discharging mechanism
The bottle discharging mechanism is composed of three parts: main machine, fan and bottle discharging. The main machine sends the
bottle to the track, and the bottle upender straightens the bottle and sends it to the air supply track.

Working principle of equipment

The disordered PET bottles are arranged and transported to the production line in order. According to the user's needs, different
bottle types can be changed easily and quickly. The body material is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are

Working process of the equipment

Bottle storage, bottle hopper, bottle handling slide, bottle outlet air duct.
PET bottles for beverages are loaded into the bottle storage hopper of the elevator by the bottle storage bin or manual assistance, lifted to the cylinder of the bottle discharging machine by the belt, driven by the bottle guide piece, then seeded by the bottle upender, and entered into the air supply track through the slide way.
